2. Unlimited Income Poetental: Only you can determine how much money you make. There is no salary cap! Your income is driven by you and the amount of effort you put into your business.
3. Multiple Stream of Income: Having real estate knowledge has afforded me the opportunity to create multiple streams of income, an opportunity to make money while I am asleep! It can do the same for you.
4. First look at Investment Opportunities: As Real Estate Agent you often times get first hand knowledge of new listings to hit the market, some of those listing turn out to be great investments. If one of your streams of income interest is to become an investor, a career in real estate is a great place to start.
5. Networking - I have the most awesome time meeting new people. Real Estate is a great way to start and build new relationships. I have traveled throughout the united states to different real estate conventions and conferences and have met someone new in every state.
